Hi there, I’m Triny.

Founder of It Could Be Me

“It Could Be Me,” is a 501c3 nonprofit founded in 2019 by crash survivor Triny Willerton. Following a near fatal crash involving a careless driver while cycling in Boulder County, Triny established the organization with the unwavering resolve to prevent similar crashes from happening to others.

Their mission involves promoting education, advocating for enhanced cycling and pedestrian infrastructure, and emphasizing the significance of responsible behavior on the road.

Dedicated to fostering mutual respect, their vision is a world where all road users treat each other with care, striving for zero traffic fatalities and injuries.

“It Could Be Me” also provides vital support to crash survivors through a dedicated  group, offering a space for them to heal and connect. Additionally, the organization encourages new riders by cultivating a community where they can thrive. Dedicated to mutual respect, their vision is a world where all road users treat each other with care, striving for zero traffic fatalities and injuries.
